    You can right click on the sheet tabs navigation arrows to get the same functionality.
    Or is this just for tutorial purposes?

    Thanks for your question Brian. You’re right to say that part of the video was to introduce users to programming in the VBE.

    Moreover, when working with larger workbooks – which is especially the case in many office and corporate environments – there are a couple ways the Hyper Navigation utility saves time.

    First, it halves the number of clicks and reduces the mouse distance traveled for each navigation. Rather than right clicking and then left clicking the desired worksheet, you can select the sheet directly from the menu in one click.

    Secondly, right clicking on the navigation arrows only displays a certain number sheets. Displaying all sheets like the Hyper Navigation utility requires yet an additional click.

    There are certainly occasions when just clicking on the worksheet tabs will work almost as well. However, when dealing with a larger number of worksheets, the utility will end up saving you a great deal of time.
